Studio Policies

I agree to abide by the following studio policies:

Package Policy

All package sales are final. Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and must be used within the specified expiry period.

Grip Socks

Mandatory for safety and hygiene in Reformer Pilates classes. Available from the studio for purchase at the cost of 5 JOD.

Punctuality

Late arrivals (more than 5 minutes after the class starts) will not be allowed to join. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to class start time.

Phones

Phones are permitted in the classroom but must be set to silent. If a call needs to be taken, clients agree to answer only after exiting the room.

Filming

Inscape is a women-only wellness studio. Photography and filming are permitted strictly on the condition that all individuals photographed have provided prior consent.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a class within 6 hours of the scheduled time will result in a class credit being deducted.

Levels

Clients are responsible for selecting a class level appropriate to their ability. Instructors reserve the right to deny participation in Intermediate or Advanced classes where safety may be compromised.


Pricing & Policies

All prices are listed in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) and include 16% sales tax.

Class Packages

  • 4-Class Packages: Expire 4 weeks from the date of purchase. No freezes or late cancellations permitted.
  • 8-Class Packages: Expire 5 weeks from the date of purchase. 1x freeze up to 1 week allowed.
  • 12-Class Packages: Expire 6 weeks from the date of purchase. 1x freeze up to 1 week allowed.

Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

Expired Classes

Expiry dates cannot be extended unless approved for medical reasons with documentation or by the discretion of Inscape for extenuating circumstances.

Package Transfers and Returns

Packages cannot be transferred to third parties. All packages are final sale; no refunds are permitted.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 5 minutes after the class start time will not be permitted to enter, as classes begin with a warm-up critical for safety and class flow. Please allow extra time for traffic.


Studio Waiver

Welcome to Inscape! To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants, please carefully read and acknowledge the terms below.

Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that participating in activities at Inscape, including but not limited to Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, yoga, heated classes, and other fitness programs, involves physical exertion that carries inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, muscle strain, joint injuries, dehydration, heat exhaustion, dizziness, and, in rare cases, more severe health complications.

I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all responsibility for any risks or injuries associated with these activities.

Health and Medical Conditions

I certify that:

  • I am in good health, physically fit, and able to safely participate in the activities offered at Inscape.
  • If necessary, I have consulted a healthcare provider regarding my ability to participate.
  • I will inform Inscape instructors of any medical conditions, injuries, limitations, or concerns that may affect my participation.
  • I understand that failing to disclose relevant health information may increase my risk of injury and absolves Inscape of liability related to such omissions.

Release of Liability

I release and hold harmless Inscape, its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, and agents from any liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation in activities at the studio. I understand that this includes any injuries or damages caused by negligence, equipment failure, or the actions of other participants.

Personal Belongings

I understand that Inscape is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought into the studio. Lockers are available for securing personal belongings during class.

Agreement and Acknowledgment

I have read this waiver and fully understand its contents. By booking a class, I voluntarily agree to all terms and policies outlined above.
